Red Beets fresh from my farm in Andes NY. Photographed on a black top asphalt using dramatic lighting. This was a test shot - Playing around with contrast and composition. Ohh the things I do for fun.... Later, after huge positive feedback on this image I have utilized this photography technique in numerous commercial projects.
